What do men (and women) really think about implants?

I used to have implants, removed them after 8 years because I had health issues, hairloss, night sweats, anxiety and other stuff I rather not mention...I feel better health wise after removing them but I am flat as a board and dont feel sexy or confident. Should I reimplant? What do people really think when they see a woman with implants? Please help.

I dont need a lift, they are as perky as a 16 year olds breasts...I guess thats a good thing, they are just small
