vitamins to improve the appearance of hair?
am beginning a relatively new vitamin regime after a bad experience with hairloss a little over a year ago due to glued in hair extensions. I know, I know, BIG mistake! Anyway I am on a quest to regain my natural thickness.My hair became very thin for a time, and seems to be improving, but still is not quite where it was prior to the extensions. My vitamin regime is as follows:
morning:
1 multivitamin for women from vitamin shoppe (without iron)
1 2500 mcg biotin capsule
1 super b-complex
evening:
1 multivitamin for women from vitamin shoppe (without iron)
1 1000 mg flaxseed oil capsule
1 1000 mg fish oil capsule
any feedback would be appreciated...what i should add, remove, take more/less of..I am on a track to get my thick hair back and I do understand that diet and exercise will play into this as well.Thanks.
