Severe Hairloss – Heavily Balding?

Hi I am a female aged 28 years old. My hair have been thinning and I can almost see me scalp whenever I stand in front of the mirror. On average my hair fall is like 100 strends and more. This really makes my heart to sink and worry even more if I will bald woman. Contributing to my self esteem to sink as well.

Currently, I have been taking vitamin named Crowning Glory from Vitahealth, doing oil soaking, changed my shampoo to mild one and looks like my situation is not improving at all.

Any remedy from any experienced person / professional? Please help.
