How to stop my rapid hair loss?

im 17 and im scared that im going bald!
im mot taking any medication or birth-control
i shower daily and use muse and hairspray evey day
every time a shower i lose hand-fulls of hair
i thought i might b da showering to often so i tried every-other day (i hated it btw) but when i went to shower it was the same thing if not worse.
what to do....it makes me upset...and suggestions?
